Okay Its time for me to step up and do my job .

So as all the members may know , I haven't been doing my job .My apologies , I'm actually kind of ashamed for not managing things better .

So is there anything I and the other Admins can do to make the experience better ?
I'm thinking about having a New Years contest . There will be prizes involved . If anyone wants to contribute a prize please Note me , Same goes for ideas .
